When does my order ship?
We roast in small batches and ship within 4 business days. No warehouse shelf, no stale beans. Your coffee moves fast because it has to.

What if something's wrong with my order?
Email us at getvertical@verticalgrind.com and we'll sort it out.  We're easy to work with.

Do you ship outside the Pacific Northwest?
Absolutely. We roast fresh either way, it just takes a little longer to get to you the farther you are from the roaster. If you need an order faster, we're also on Amazon.

Can I buy in bulk, for an office or a gym or a shop?
We do wholesale. Email us and tell us what you're building.
