We roast in small batches so every bag ships fresh instead of after a long nap in a warehouse. Each roast is named for a part of the climb, and each one earns a different spot in your day. Pick the one that fits, or grab all three and let the morning decide.

First Ascent
Our boldest dark roast. It has a heavy, velvet body and a clean finish that leaves the bitterness behind. It's full-bodied without being stodgy, with a subtle sweetness that shows up as it cools. It's an anytime kick, from the pre-dawn drive to the late-afternoon push.

Open Road
The all-day roast. It smells like roasted hazelnuts and tastes like subtle chocolate. It's smooth enough for a full thermos and easy enough for a second pot. It's built for roadside or desk-side mornings, mid-day pick-me-ups, and fireside hangs after dinner.

Switchback
A dark roast with a smooth, rounded flavor and a little adventure in it. Dark chocolate comes first, with a light smokiness behind it. It stands up to milk and cream and makes a strong case for drinking it black. It's our go-to for jump-starting the morning.
